Flight Options	Pricing and Program Design – Performed in-depth data analysis on customers behavior for a fractional jet operator to assess opportunities to improve profitability; developed a new pricing scheme and program based on the findings and supported the client implementing the new structure
Government of Romania	Damage Assessment – Developed damage analysis and drafted damage report for Romanian Government regarding the case between a duty free operator at Romanian airports
Mercury Airlines	Business Plan Development – Developed route network, traffic forecast and revenue forecast for a start-up airline in South Africa
Jeju Air	Aircraft Selection and Negotiation – Developed a cost model to evaluate candidate jet aircraft that brings the most value to the airline. Made recommendation on the aircraft choice and supported negotiation process with lessors
Van Nuys Airport	Part 161 Study – Developed aviation activity forecast for one of the busiest business jet airport in US; conducted operator interview to assess the cost and benefit of potential restrictions at the airport
Fractional Jet Operator	Due Diligence of Chinese Business Jet Operator – Conducted high-level due diligence on the largest Chinese business jet operator to assess the commercial and financial soundness of the company to help the client make an investment decision
SK Telecom	Corporate Jet Selection and Sourcing – Assessed the senior executives’ current and future travel needs; recommended candidate aircraft types and assisted the client to select the aircraft type; successfully sourced the aircraft the client targeted

Background
Ms. Song joined SH&E in May 2004. Prior to joining SH&E, Ms. Song obtained extensive experience in data analysis while she worked for Grey Worldwide in Korea, marketing strategy consultancy, where she was engaged in due diligence, consumer behavior analysis, and strategy development for new product launching. She has solid academic background in economics and business administration.
