Carlos R. Ozores, SH&E Principal

Area of Specialization
Mr. Ozores joined SH&E in 2004 after several years in airline revenue management.  While at SH&E, he has focused on network and schedule development and optimization, airline commercial strategy, and air service marketing. He is an expert user of NETWORKS, SH&E’s QSI-based scheduling and route analysis software. Mr. Ozores also has considerable expertise in revenue management, pricing, sales, and distribution.

Background
Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Ozores was a pricing analyst for Air France, where he was responsible for off-tariff U.S. market pricing. His responsibilities included evaluating competitive trends and recommending pricing strategies to increase revenue and market share on North Atlantic routes. During the course of his work, he gained expertise in MIDT analysis, distribution, and the challenges of commercial policy harmonization within the scope of a Global Alliance. Prior to Air France, Mr. Ozores was a revenue management analyst at American Airlines.
