Rudolph K. Chen, SH&E Principal
Area of Specialization
Mr. Chen specializes in airline and integrated carrier operations, safety, security, customer service, distribution, organization and staffing.  At SH&E, Mr. Chen has advised investors on the potential of established and start-up U.S. airlines.  He developed and evaluated strategic, business, operations, security and service plans for airlines and other transportation companies.  As a member of the SH&E/Flight Safety Foundation Safety and Security team, he performs operations and security audits at numerous global airlines.

Background
Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Chen served as Director of Customer Service for Emery Worldwide – Purolator Courier where he oversaw the merger of the two customer services and terminal operations units.  At Purolator Courier, he consolidated field service operations and created a corporate Quality Assurance function.  Prior to that, Mr. Chen held numerous managerial positions at United Airlines and earned recognition as Manager of the Year, Eastern Division
